The Claims Experts Ltd may charge a success fee of between 18% and 36% (including VAT). Any success fee
will be deducted from the compensation recovered.
If you cancel your claim after the 14-day cooling-off period, you may be charged for any work undertaken,
calculated at an hourly rate plus any applicable disbursements.
The Claims Experts Ltd may refer your claim to a firm of solicitors where appropriate. If this happens,
we may receive a referral fee from the solicitors for introducing the claim.
In successful cases, your solicitor may charge a success fee of between 18% and 36% including VAT,
which will be deducted from the compensation recovered. If you cancel your engagement with the solicitor
after the 14 day cooling off period, you may be charged for work undertaken in line with the solicitor’s
standard hourly rates and the SRA guideline hourly rates.
You will be provided with a full invoice detailing the work undertaken, by whom and the time spent on each task.
